Privacy Policy

We collect almost nothing, and this page proves it.

1. Who We Are

OBJEXIS AI ("OBJEXIS", "we", "our", "us") is a Canadian defence technology company headquartered in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through objexis.ai (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the rights you hold over it. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for residents of Quebec, with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25.

2. No Cookies, No Trackers, No Analytics

The Site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, and no third-party tracking of any kind. It does not use local storage to identify you. That is why you did not see a cookie banner when you arrived: there is nothing to consent to. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated first and any non-essential technology will ask for your consent before it runs.

3. What We Collect

The Site has no user accounts and stores no visitor data. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us:

  • Contact form: our contact page composes an email in your own mail application. Nothing you type is transmitted to or stored by the Site itself. The name, organization, email address, and message you send reach us as ordinary email.
  • Direct correspondence: email you send to our published addresses, and information you provide to us at events or in meetings.
  • Hosting logs: like virtually every website, our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

4. Why We Use It

We use the information you send us to respond to you, to evaluate and manage business, investment, talent, and partnership relationships, and to meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (such as email hosting), or where the law requires disclosure.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent to us, and for any period required by law or by contract. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, and withdraw consent to its use. Quebec residents additionally hold the rights granted by Law 25, including rectification and, where applicable, cessation of dissemination. To exercise any of these rights, write to HQ@objexis.ai. We respond within thirty days.

7. Person Responsible for Personal Information

The person responsible for the protection of personal information at OBJEXIS AI is the Chief Executive Officer, who may be reached at HQ@objexis.ai.

8. Commercial Electronic Messages

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send commercial electronic messages only with consent, every such message identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal information improperly, contact us first and we will address it directly. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, for Quebec residents, to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
